How can we sell so cheap?

Well, we do the business in a unique way. Firstly we import directly from manufacturers, often those real manufacturers behind those leading brand (as OEM supplier); Secondly we are mail order company only, so overhead cost is much lower than those high street shops; Thirdly we do not advertise actively on media so the cost of selling is also very low compare to our competitors; At last as our cost is very low, we do not need salesman to push the customers inside, which itself is also a great saving, the products will speak on its' own and more customers will pour in automatically. Delivery charges / times

Unless there is a waiting time showing ahead of the "Buy" button, your order will normally dispatched on the same working day if ordered before 10:00 AM, or the next working day if after. Postage and packing (P&P) are approximately as in the following table

Do you deliver to addresses other than the credit card billing address?

Yes. If it is your 1st order, then your credit card payment must pass the 3D secure authentication, or if you made payment via Paypal, the shipping address must be a Paypal-"confirmed" address. For returned customers we can normally ship to any address you like.

3D Secure is a system developed by Visa & Master to combat card fraud, the card holder's identity was checked by the card issuing bank to ensure the card is only used by the right owner.

  3. The problem you are facing with the products;

About money back guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with the product in any way, you can return within 7 working days from date of delivery ( as evidenced by postal stamp or courier receipt). Please make sure the returned item is in original condition with all original packing and content. Please note that postage and banking charges involved (if any) are not refundable, and if the return item is not in original condition, 10-30% restocking fee applies (Please understand we have to sell it as 2nd hand at much lower price).

Return procedures

Within warranty period (generally one year unless otherwise stated), you can return for replacement or repair if the item does not function properly. In either case please first Email support/a/allcam.biz (please replace "/a/" with "@" to avoid spammer), with the following details:

  1. The Invoice /Sales Receipt Number
  2. The item description
  3. Your computer operation system if applicable such as Window XP
  4. A detail description of the fault, try give as much detail as possible, for example: "The portable hard drive is listed under Device Manager --> Disk Drive and Universal Serial Bus Controllers (as USB mass storage device), however no drive letter was shown in My Computer ...", please note simply mention "faulty" or "not working" does not help.
  5. Your desired action, such as "Replacement", "Replacement with xxxx", and "Refund" (only available from 7 days from delivery & package is in original condition)
  6. After we replied you back via Email giving you instructions to return, you need to make a copy of the Email and send it along with the faulty item to Allcam Returns at the address shown above.

Credit / debit card security issue

Our online secure payment centre is powered by Worldpay, a name trusted all over the world. Your card details are only visible to the secure server of Protx and no human ( including us ) have no access to the card details. In addition we do not store your card details on the server, your details will be erased by the server automatically once a transaction is completed, so you are still completely safe from hacker attack or server malfunctioning.

My Screen on my Shinco 6820 failed after 2 months. I emailed Allcam at 7.15pm and got a response at 10.30pm same day giving details of where to send the equipment. The equipment was received by Allcam repaired the same day and dispatched back to me on the same day. Excellent service from a company that obviously cares about its customers. Vary rare these days.
